Can I cook in my Lisa Howe Stoneware pottery?
Absolutely! All of our pottery is oven, microwave, and dishwasher-safe. Lisa designed her line to be functional and durable for home or restaurant use. In addition, we use only lead-free glazes.

Do you make pottery for restaurants and resorts?
Yes we do! We work with a wide range of local and nationwide resorts and restaurants, often custom designing pieces to meet their needs.

Do you do custom work?
Yes, we do custom work. We approve custom work on a case-by-case basis. If you have something in mind that you need made, please email us and we will determine if we can make it for you.

What is your return policy/warranty?

How long will it take to receive my order?
If your item is in stock, we will ship it out right away. However, with over 150 items and 25 glaze patterns, we cannot keep all of our items in each pattern in stock. We can run a small order that we do not have in stock through our production process in under two weeks. In some cases, especially for large orders, there may be a delay of up to a few weeks.

What is a glaze pattern?
A glaze pattern is the set of colors on your pot. Some colors are matte finish, some are semi-gloss, and some are high-gloss. To browse through our glaze patterns, click here.

Can I custom design a glaze pattern?
In some cases, we can substitute one or two glazes in the pattern to come up with a different style. We customarily stay within the general style of base coat and highlights as seen in our Products section.

Why isn't this pot glazed?
It is! Some pots are glazed with a matte finish, some with a glossier finish. The glaze refers to the color on the pot.
