If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may, within the first thirty days after receipt of your order, exchange your order for something else in our catalog. The customer will be responsible for all packing and shipping charges.

Lisa Howe Stoneware Ltd. Warrants all of its pottery pieces to be free from defective workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days after purchase. If a pottery piece is found to be defective within such thirty (30) day period, the purchaser may return the piece, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or receipt, to Lisa Howe Stoneware, Ltd. for replacemement. Lisa Howe Stoneware, Ltd. shall be responsible solely for, at its election, either the replacement of the piece or the refund of the piece's original price, less postage and handling charges.
